Behind the scenes!
"Behind the Scenes" highlighted artists, from guitarist to potter, chef to costume designer, writer to dancer, actor to singer, trombonist to cartoonist, and...you get the picture. We also featured venues and businesses providing space for artists to display and/or perform their art, organizations that utilize artists and/or provide arts instruction at events and programs, educators and educational institutions teaching the arts and utilizing arts in education, and students who share how arts-integration and arts instruction affect their learning and their growth as individuals.
"Behind the Scenes" was so much more than arts & entertainment. It was about the pursuit, the struggles, the successes, the failures, the passion, the burnout, and the persistence and determination to continue. Leslie Lee and Richelle went behind the scenes every Wednesday from 9 to 10 am on 103.3 FM with incredible Mississippi artists, and the businesses, organizations and institutions that support them.
Don't worry...they are still behind the scenes...just in different ways.
